Emergency After-Sales Service: 24/7 breakdown service for bakeries and tea rooms

Emergency Service
At Tille Sàrl, troubleshooting and after-sales service are of paramount importance. Nothing is more gratifying for us than to be able to assist a customer or friend in an emergency situation when their production is threatened by a breakdown. That’s why we’re on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with our three technicians and fully-equipped breakdown vehicles.
Our stock of over 100,000 spare parts enables us to work on all our machines and ovens, whatever their make or origin (from the French Bongard oven to the Swiss Leutenegger und Frei oven, from Italian and German ovens to the Artofex mixer).
Before you call us, a few tips
To help you solve some common problems quickly, here are a few things to check before contacting our service department:
- Check that the safety grid on the mixer is down.
- Make sure the machine is properly connected 😉
- Check the fuses in your electrical system.
- Test the socket by plugging in another appliance to check its operation.
- In the event of a water leak, turn off the water supply immediately.
- If work is required on the oven, switch it off and open the doors to allow it to cool.
- Note that the numbering of the oven levels starts from the bottom (1, 2, 3, 4…).
Before calling on our breakdown service, please assess whether the problem and its urgency really justify immediate intervention by one of our technicians. This enables us to remain available for the most critical situations.
Intervention conditions
Our breakdown services are subject to a charge, which includes travel costs as well as the intervention rate, which may be increased depending on the time of day (day or night) or the day (Sundays and public holidays).
Tip: Before you buy a machine or piece of equipment, don’t hesitate to contact the company outside business hours. If you get a response, it’s a sign of a reliable company that cares about its customers.
To make your call easier
To enable us to intervene quickly and efficiently, please have the following information ready when you call for urgent repairs:
- Precise description of the problem encountered.
- Full name and address of your company.
- Type of machine concerned.
- Year the machine was purchased.
- Machine serial number (if available).
