General

These general terms and conditions apply to all sales of products, equipment, utensils and professional machines, concluded online on the e-Shop of the company Tille, via its website ” tille-sarl.ch “as well as to direct in-store sales at the company’s head office in Etagnières, and to all other contracts or business relations between the company and its customers.

All orders imply acceptance of our terms and conditions.. Price

Sales prices are netin Swiss francs, excluding tax(es). They do not include VAT, nor delivery charges, which are will be added to the final price detailed price at the time of order at the time of order.

Shipping costs

– A flat-rate Frs. 8.- per order is charged for postage and packing of small equipment online.

Ordering

The products offered for sale by Tille are equivalent to a contract proposal (offer). The selection of items and their quantity is the first step in the purchasing process. The customer is then invited to register on the site, providing the exact information required about him or herself, before validate and formally register their order.

The order summary displays the product(s) chosen, their quantity and price, plus VAT and delivery charges. The customer is also informed of any other transport, customs or installation charges associated with the order, as well as the total amount of the purchase that will be charged. Validation of the order therefore implies agreement to full payment, and the aforementioned charges may not be used as grounds for reconsideration of the order.

Once the buyer has registered by clicking on the “validate” button, the order is firm and binding on the customer. Once registered, the order will be confirmed by e-mail from the company, with a summary of the order and related information sent to the customer.

Availability

Product offers are subject to availability. For products not in stock, offers are valid subject to supply by our suppliers. In this context indications as to the availability of items are provided when the order is placed.

However, e-Shop Tille Sàrl accepts no liability for errors or exceptional modifications.

In the event of product unavailability (out of stocketc.), the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may request cancellation or exchange of the order (replacement item, voucher to be redeemed at a later date).

Terms of payment

All secure online payments are made in compliance with the highest security standards, using the (https://) protocol.

The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. Furthermore, the data recorded by Tille Sàrl constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between the company and its customers.

Visit invoice price corresponds to the total amount of the products in Swiss francs, including costs, indicated on the order confirmation automatically sent to the customer. It is due in full, without discount or deduction any other business or services between the company and its customers.

Default of payment

Delivery

Return conditions

Assembly

The customer is informed that Tille Sàrl is not the producer of the products offered for sale by the company and its e-Shop. Gift card

The gift card offered by Tille Sàrl is valid online on our e-Shop and in our storeup to the amount available on the card at the time of purchase. The remaining balance can be used at a later date and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or credited to a credit card.

The company declines all responsibility and will not replace the card in the event of loss, theft, illegal copying or use by an unauthorized person.
