Water-soluble colorant

Concentrated water-soluble powder colorant.

Ideal for mass coloring of sugar paste, meringues, isomalt, cookies, bread, croissants and pastry/bakery products.

For surface coloring, dilute the colorant in water and apply with an airbrush or brush.

Instructions for use: Pour the colorant into the mass and mix well.
