Silikomart Professional has been chosen by the Italian team to study in detail the kit that will enable them to faithfully reproduce the world champion chocolate entremet. The Magia del Tempo Kit consists of 3 elements: 1. a silicone mould, to make a 1000 ml portioned preparation 2. A practical plastic cookie cutter to create original inserts and, at the same time, support bases for sponge cake or croquant. The winning team is made up of Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco Boccia and Emmanuele Forcone, who after months of hard work and training, won gold in Lyon at the 2015 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. After the competition, the Italian team decided to entrust Silikomart Professional with the creation of the kit to reproduce the world champion chocolate entremet.
