Cocoa pod silicone mold xs

The cocoa xs silicone mold was designed by Xavi Donnay, who trained at the Sitges hotel and catering school. In the course of his career, he has worked for the Jean Luc Figueras restaurant and with Quique Dacosta and Martín Berasategui. Since 2010, he has been in charge of pastry-making at Restaurant Lasarte and supervises all pastry-making at the Monument Hotel 5GL. In 2020, he was named the world’s best pastry chef at the Best Chef Awards.
