Unic vertical moulder

JAC offers a particularly comprehensive range of vertical formers. These compact, versatile machines come with 3 laminating rollers as standard.

Unic is our Best Seller, with pleasant, precise ergonomic handles and wool mats for gentle shaping (Whooltop or Synthetic options available on request). It features an ingenious system of removable top boxes for ultra-fast mat changes.

Tradi has all the qualities of theUnic, plus a variable speed drive for even gentler processing of highly hydrated pasta (Tradition).

Forma has all the qualities of theUnic with a patented Flatbread option (Kebab, Faluche®…). Activate the front belt and the machine switches to laminating mode, with a motorized discharge belt to evacuate your flatbreads. As an option, all our shaping machines can be placed on pedestals (2 models) or motorized TRF-type evacuation belts.
