Blue tin mould

First-time use; base the mould

Heat the mould to 100 degrees once or twice to allow good hot cleaning with a cloth.

Grease the mould and bake for 2 hours at 180 degrees, upside down, to allow excess grease to escape.

Wipe the mould with a dry cloth after removing from the oven and re-grease.

The mold is ready to use

Grease the mould before each use

The mould is cleaned with a dry cloth when hot.

Do not use abrasive sponges

Do not store in damp conditions

Rust may appear if the plates are left in a damp environment or if they are not dried thoroughly after washing. This does not mean that the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

Lightly grease the blued sheet metal between each use with a good quality edible grease.
