Integral stainless-steel bowl; we recommend using a 24 cm Ø round bowl as a mobile pan; in this case, place a little water between the 2 bowls to improve heat transmission; supplied without lid.

Option: The 5-color tray (5 x 30 cl compartments) fits onto the mini tempering machine and keeps the color couvertures warm while decorating the chocolate molds. The lid is compatible with the tray.
