Advice and bottling

A good steel frying pan is a Culotte pan. It turns black after several uses, so cooking can be done by reducing the amount of grease. When you first use it, fry some peelings with some fat so that it’s ready to use. If, through carelessness, you leave your pan to rust, rub off the rust with hot water and re-caulk your pan.

Care: To preserve its properties and avoid oxidation, it’s best to exclude washing-up liquid and to wash in hot water and wipe dry immediately. If necessary, oil and store in a dry place.
