With higher bottom and top power, Modelec meets every demand, guaranteeing the legendary cooking quality of the original Fringand range.
Top-quality equipment makes it a sure bet:
- Real refractory cement slabs (20 mm thick) to ensure a “good bottom”.
- Shielded stainless steel heaters 14 mm in diameter in the bottom and the vault guarantee a very homogeneous diffusion of heat and without blow of fire;
- Fogging is provided by a stainless steel fogging unit housed in each baking chamber for 1- and 2-way ovens (widths 60, 75, 90, 120, 150).
- For 3-way ovens (width 180 or 225): in addition to a stainless steel steam device for each baking chamber, FRINGAND has added an additional steam device for each deck located under the oven, with steam injection at the rear of the chamber. Steam injection knob on the 2 columns (right and left).
