Options
The Div is part of the hydraulic dough divider range, available in square (stainless steel bowl) or round (cast-iron bowl) versions, it can divide your dough into 20 portions of 100 gr to 900 gr. The square version is available with the 10/20 option for dividing 10 large dough pieces of up to 1800 gr.
