Daisy 60 mould

The Daisy 60 mold consists of a silicone mold with 8 cavities and a plastic cookie cutter.

Created by chef Carmine di Donna, which combines traditional and modern pastry-making, for a unique result. In 2014 he became head pastry chef at chef Gennaro Esposito’s multi-starred restaurant, Torre del Saracino, and in 2017 he joined the prestigious Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani. In 2020 he was recognized as Best Pastry Chef 2020 in the Identità Golose guide. Today he works as a consultant for companies, patisseries and cookery schools.
