The Silicone Baking Mats category includes essential accessories for clean, controlled baking without the addition of fat. This type of support, widely used in professional pastry-making as well as in domestic cooking, advantageously replaces disposable paper while ensuring regular results and excellent working hygiene.
A silicone baking mat is placed directly on a baking tray or grill. Its non-stick surface enables you to place cookies, choux pastries, pastries, tart bases, dacquoises or sugar decorations on it without risk of snagging or deformation. It ensures even baking thanks to its stable thermal conductivity and excellent temperature resistance (generally from -40°C to +230°C).
Some models are micro-perforated, further enhancing heat circulation and moisture evacuation, for crisp textures and clean cooking. Others are embossed with templates for regular preparation (macaroons, eclairs, petits fours…).
Reusable several hundred times over, silicone mats are easy to wash without altering their properties. They adapt to standard baking sheet formats (400×300 mm, 600×400 mm…) and are equally suitable for baking, freezing, sugar or chocolate processing.
