Stacking frame for Opera

Each kit includes :

– 3 frames of 10, 15 and 20 mm – stainless steel support plate – aluminium ruler

– The ruler can be used to reduce each frame by 5 mm, so when used in a 10 mm frame you get a 5 mm thick layer.

– Stackable frames to create mousses, entremets, operas… in different flavors by combining 10, 15 and 20 mm heights.
