Silikomart Kiku 70 silikone mold, designed by Tomonari Kombu, who began his career in Fukui at Magobei Kombuya, a 240-year-old Japanese confectionery. He continued his career in Tokyo, first at the Au bon vieux temps patisserie, then as sous-chef to Pierre Hermè. In 2012 he completed a Mof (Master of France) at Liédére patisserie in the south of France.
