Approximate dosage: 1 to 1.7% depending on pulp content or 10 to 12g/kg of mass

Directions for use: Dry premix with some of the sugar.

Disperse in water under rapid agitation to eliminate lumps.

Complete dissolution takes about 15 minutes.
