Ingredients: Pectin E440i,E337,dextrose, E452i

Gelling agent producing a non-reversible gel when heated in acid and sugar media (dry extract greater than 75%). Heat-resistant.

Approximate dosage: 1 to 1.7% depending on pulp content, or 10 to 12g/kg of mass

Instructions for use: Pre-mix dry with part of the sugar.

Disperse in water under rapid agitation to eliminate lumps

Complete dissolution is obtained in approximately 15 minutes.
