XANTHANE 80 GUM Powder stabilizer and thickener, obtained by biofermentation. Can be used cold. Stable in freezing/thawing and acidic environments. Resistant to high-shear processes. For use in delicatessen dishes, pastries, pastries, sauces, beverages, etc. DOSAGE: 2 to 5 g/kg mass. Dry premix with other powders. Dietetic products: 20 to 40 g/kg White to cream-colored powder, Storage conditions: Protect from moisture, heat and light, in closed packaging.
