This chocolate is made in Switzerland, in an artisanal workshop, by a chocolatier specializing in pure origins. Thanks to gentle roasting and prolonged conching, the complex aromas are revealed with finesse. Each stage is designed to respect the raw material and sublimate its organoleptic profile.

These drops benefit from renowned Swiss know-how, offering a smooth texture, perfect melting and remarkable balance despite the high cocoa content.


Careful post-harvest process from the outset

Before being processed in Switzerland, the beans are carefully treated in Ecuador:

  • Fermented in wood for 4 to 6 days, developing the internal aromas.

  • Natural sun-drying, controlled for a moisture content of around 7%.

  • Manual sorting and hulling, to keep only the healthiest beans.

These steps guarantee a stable, traceable, high-quality product in every batch.
