MB is a range of manual loading and unloading expansion chambers. Often combined with a hydraulic divider and shaper (vertical or horizontal) placed above MB, it allows the dough to relax after the dividing phase and before shaping.
It is particularly well-suited to craftsmen who want to ensure optimum respect for their dough. Made up of 3 capacities, their capacity is to be analyzed with your mixer capacity in order to optimize your production. Standard troughs can handle dough pieces weighing up to 650 g. Equipped with electrical outlets for the shaper and divider, it features a manual right/left control knob and an ergonomic hands-free control. Optional germicide treatment for enhanced hygiene.
