Designed to last, the Rotoram is equipped with stainless steel gaskets on all doors. Unlike conventional rubber seals, which wear out quickly, these materials guarantee greater resistance to heat, steam and wear. This saves maintenance time and costs, while ensuring optimum sealing performance over time.

Enhanced thermal safety

Because frequent handling at high temperatures is part of a baker’s daily routine, Ramalhos has incorporated double-glazing with thermal break. Theair space between the panes acts as an insulator, considerably reducing the temperature of the outer pane.

This design protects operators and reduces the risk of accidental burns. You can work in complete safety, even during busy periods.

Easy cleaning for impeccable hygiene

Maintenance has been redesigned to be as simple as it is effective. The outer pane is hinged and can be opened outwards, allowing easy access to both sides of each pane. An essential asset for maintaining impeccable hygiene, in compliance with professional standards and with no extra effort.
