Instructions for use: Ready to use. Color as desired with water-soluble gel colorants (eg: Colorant gel tub article 13350 ) or powder ( ex: Colorant powder water-soluble article 13525 ). Heat to 37°c, mix, if necessary you can add water to the glaze, then pour over your cake. The 250g jar is suitable for a 30cm-diameter, 5cm-high cake.
